A few things worth knowing before you start applying:

1. Compensation ranges vary more by clinic quality than by state. Two clinics in the same city can differ by tens of thousands of dollars for a comparable role, and the difference often tracks with how well-run the clinic actually is.
2. "Fully remote supervision" is not the same everywhere. Ask what that actually looks like week to week.
3. The best roles rarely stay posted long. Clinics that are genuinely well run don't have trouble filling seats, which is part of why word of mouth (and vetted networks) matter.
