Yes. Pair ABA is completely free for BCBAs. Clinics pay us to find them the right hire, not the other way around.

No. You can browse open roles on the Job Board if you’re ready to apply now, or submit your resume through Get Paired if you just want to be on our radar for when the right clinic comes along.

Every clinic we work with goes through our Green Flag Assessment, a review of ethics, clinical supervision quality, caseload standards, staff support, and leadership. Clinics that don’t pass don’t get access to our BCBA network.

We aim to follow up within 1 to 2 business days on job applications, and within a few days on Get Paired submissions once we spot a fit.

We work exclusively in ABA. Every BCBA in our network is reviewed before they reach you, and every clinic partner passes our Green Flag Assessment before getting access to that network.

Pricing depends on your hiring needs and whether you add a SNABA exam prep or CEU package. Apply to partner and our team will walk you through the details.

We will tell you exactly why, and what would need to change for you to qualify. Our standards are what make BCBAs trust the network in the first place, so we cannot make exceptions, but we are happy to be transparent about the bar.

Yes. Pair ABA partners can add StudyNotesABA exam prep and CEU packages for their RBTs and BCBAs alongside recruiting. You decide what your team needs and we build the package around it.
