Pair ABA (“we,” “us”) collects information you provide directly, such as your name, contact details, resume, and job preferences, when you apply for a role, submit your resume through Get Paired, or fill out a clinic intake or contact form.

We use this information to match BCBAs with clinics, to communicate with you about roles and applications, and to operate and improve Pair ABA. We share application data with the specific clinics you apply to or that we introduce you to, and we use third-party tools (such as an applicant tracking system and a work management platform) to manage that process on our behalf.

We don't sell your personal information. You can request that we update or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
