Job Description

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee implementation
• Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs and behavior therapists
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure continuity and progress
• Utilize evidence-based practices and data analysis to track client outcomes

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Maryland (MD) License
• Ability to lead a team of 7 RBTs and 1 Clinician in Training (CIT)
• Comfortable working in a shared “pod” model where all teammates and clients are in one room and in-the-moment support is essential

Salary Range

• $90–95K
